Order Form Guidelines
For U.S. and Overseas

1). I haven't received my order yet. When can I expect it? (US. orders only)
Most orders will be shipped within 8-10 business days. Business days mean 5 week days not weekends or holidays. This pertains only to items that are already made; not those that are special orders! Special order items can require longer processing time based upon request.
When your order is shipped we will send a note to you via e-mail letting you know when it was sent and how to track it. But you need to be sure to please use a valid email address when placing an order.
All orders will require your signature upon delivery.
You will be sent information only if your email is valid and we are not blocked or considered to be spam. Before you try contacting us for more information, please make sure you have not already received the information. (Check your junk mail folders). Once your package enters the postal Service, the ONLY way to locate it is with the tracking information. That is the information I will be able to give you.

2). I am overseas and I want to place an order. How will I be billed for any additional shipping fee?
Once your order is packaged and the weight is determined, I will then let you know what the shipping is and you can add it to your payment.

3). Why won't you add items to an order that I already placed?
Because usually I already have it packed and ready to go that day, or the next day, and opening the box means that I will waste a lot of time.

4). I need to contact you about my order. What is the best way to do that for fastest response?
The quickest way is with e-mails. Please include your name as it appears on the order, the date of the order, and what you ordered. Include what the problem is and I will try to find the answer you need. Before you email me please check to see if your question is not already answered on this page.

5). I want to place an order by mail. How do I do that?
To send an order by mail, create the order on our order slip (Contact Form). Then just print it and send in the total amount of purchase. Include a bank or Postal Money Order made out to KADOBI Lodge Crafts for the total amount and send to:
KADOBI Lodge Crafts, P.O.Box 416, Hebron, CT. 06248

We do wait until bank says MO has cleared, before we ship your order out.

6). Why can't I find your phone number?
I don't have my number listed for a couple of reasons.
1st. Web spiders crawl and collect this information and I will be besieged with unwanted phone calls. This eats into my craft working time, and then things will be late getting sent out to my customers.
2nd. Trying to answer the phone keeps me from my work. I am probably busy making someone else's order. Besides I have found that most questions can be answered by a simple e-mail.
I will acknowledge that your inquiry has been received, and I will reply in a timely manner with the correct answer. (Hopefully)

7). I want to call you to place an order.
I apologize for the inconvenience of no phone # on this site, but I feel it is really unnecessary. Phone calls really interrupt my work on my customer's orders, so I did not add it to my site. But you can e-mail your order using our Contact Form, and you can request that I call you, so please include your phone number.

8). Why can we not use Pay Pal or a charge card?
I am sorry about this inconvenience also. I feel that it is an added expense to my customers that is unnecessary. So I hoped that by sending in a Bank or Postal Money Order it would save you and me some money. I try to keep my prices as low as I can, in order to share what I create with you, my wonderful customers. However things do change and maybe we will too.

9). We Thank you for your purchase; they help us give money to our canine rescue friends, to help save wonderful dogs!
